MEET THE TRAINER
Hi! My name is Tri-Rice (Reese) Vanburen. I am a health and fitness coach. I am an ex-collegiate athlete and scholar. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Sports Management from Texas Lutheran University. I am fully qualified to be your next personal trainer!
I am committed to making every training session impactful and enjoyable. Each individual session and group training class is specific to my client's needs and goals. My classes include general fitness, weight loss and muscle gain. I also offer sport specific training in football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, tennis and boxing.
Physical training is only a piece of the puzzle with nutrition being the most vital part of your growth. Incorporating my nutrition plans will guarantee visible results. I am committed to coaching and guiding you not only in the gym, but at the table.
My goal is to develop each client mentally and physically to ensure we are on the same page to reach your goals
